North-south traverse of Beinn Bhan and Sgurr a' Chaorachain from Inverbain to the Bealach na Ba. | davidpettit84 | 17/10/2023 |
From SW, parked at bealach, revisit for the W top a HHB summit | RHW | 28/05/2023 |
Parked at Tornapress bridge for a circuit of the 4 Beinn Bhan Simms. After A' Phoit: see that entry for the route taken. 3/4 | PGCE | 25/05/2023 |
Parked by bridge at Drochaid Mhor, walked SW along road to where overhead wires cross the road on a bend (NG826411), then up Beinn Bhan SE ridge, working over and around rock outcrops, to South Top, then main summit and round the edge of Coire an Fhamhair to Sròn Coire an Fhamhair, and W to its West Top, returning to rim of Coire an Fhamhair and descending on an eroded trail down to the corrie floor, then SE past the N shore of Lochan Coire na Poite and across the moorland on a variety of intermittent trails, eventually reaching the stalkers' path, and back to Drochaid Mhor (6h20m) | kdbennett | 03/05/2022 |
Up the good track from the bridge on road to, almost, the loch and then to and straight up the nose of Sron Coire an Fhamhair (Ct). Very exposed in places and not easy. Better line is to left in the coire and up headwall on grass. then south along ridge to Beinn Bhan (C), a diversion to A Cioch (I think??) and on to Beinn Bhan S top (Ct) and drop easly down to road. | dickscroop | 07/05/2021 |

Good path along east of hill from bridge then direct ascent from near Loch Gaineamhach. Lots of small cliffs easy enough to bypass and zigzag up. | alda | 19/08/2018 |
On way up Beinn Bhan. Chickened out of the A Chioch route. Stunning surroundings though. | ngthack | 14/04/2016 |
