A long walk around the Pegwn Mawr ridge. Parked at the entrance to the Bronde-fawr forest (SO 047 767). Headed north visiting Brondre-fawr Hill, then following bridleways via Banc Du to the wood at Garn Fach. Headed up onto the main ridge and the wind farm at Galfeinion Hill, north along to the trig Yr Allt West Top. Back tracking to Glanfeinion Hill, and quickly along the wind farm tracks to the cairn and trig at Pegwn Mawr. Crossing rough country to Crugyn Llwyd and the tumulus at Domen-ddu. Back along the forest road, and across the valley via Brondre Fach and Brondre Fawr, finally up through the last forest to the car. Misty with drizzle on and off, so poor views.
