Just Me and H, Blue Sky day with a nagging cold wind, ground not too wet. | johnkaysleftleg | 17/09/2020 |
1/3 Birthday walk. Used Pennine Bridleway to get up to Little Fell, then lovely walk along the ridge with views to Mallerstang, over the minor road and up to Birkett Common, then along this lane to get back to main road and up Ash Fell from the Cattle Grid. Go up LHS of the wall and cross it about 100 metres from the trig point, easy throughs in the wall there. Even I did it. Then back over open access land to car. | nickywood1 | 03/09/2020 |

Roadside verge parking (SD 7827 9973). Good track up to High Dolphinsty, then followed the wall to Low Dolphinsty after which another track leads up to summit, marked by a few rocks in the grass - the cairn is a distraction. | jonglew | 14/02/2019 |
With Jenx and Bryher up the Bridleway from road parking nr Hazelgill to SE. Very snowy and limited vis on top. To the cairn and two other possible high points | nordicstar | 02/02/2019 |
Nice Bridleway route in the snow then across rougher ground and deeper drifts. Sadly no view. | jenx | 02/02/2019 |
