Parked at 71410072. Straight up the fell and around to the top of Harter Fell, Descend to 71529927. Cross in to the field and pick up faint path through the plantation to the farm, pick up the track at 70999985. continue on this track until it forks off to the right then follow it to the wall and gate/stile. up to the top Wandale Hill. Descend off its northern side down to the beck then cross it and head for the gate. Continue keeping to the high track, continue on to the road and back to the start.smocks and denims03/12/2022

Caught the splendid and very underused Western Dales Bus to Ravenstonedale, walked up empty minor road to west of fell and from high point of road used vehicle tracks to summit. Then down NW slope to A683 which was quiet for an A road. Walked to cattle grid to east of Ash Fell. Easy walk to top from there.
