| First munro day of the year, with Alma Aurea. A beautiful day forecast, so we climbed Carn na Caim South Top (914.6m), Carn na Caim (Munro, 940.8m), A' Bhuidheanach (881.1m) and A' Bhuidheanach Bheag (Munro, 936m). Sunny most of the day, clear summits and some snow to enhance the views, but not too much to spoil them. Beautiful 360 views of all the surrounding munro ranges. | Parked in layby 87 for an early start on a superb November day: snow enough to walk dryshod over the summit plateau bogs, good visibility and frequent sun. Made the most of it with a long, rangy circuit: Carn na Caim South Top, CnC, A'Bhuideanach, A'B Bheag, Glas Meall Mor, Meall Uaine, Meall a'Chaorainn. Back down the track as darkness fell, somehow managing to stay upright on the ice patches, having left the spikes in the car to save weight.
