My plans to walk elsewhere were thwarted, so a last minute decision. Cycled up the estate road from Dunachton to the col at 630m. Bagged the three Simms in a line Westwards, but then retraced my footsteps back to the bike, Many peathags, most frozen and some icy streams to cross.NormanW29/01/2024

From A' Bhuidheanaich(qv). Not so much a ridge walk as a high level walk over a series of knolls. Pleasant today, admittedly in very dry conditions: lovely views over Spey Valley, Monadh Liath still looks wild land on the other side. Descended over the N Top, the top of the track to the E.pwheeler19/07/2018
From Kincraig. Blizzard above 600m. Wind WSW approx 50mph. Alone.CJM15/02/2018
