Route over A' Mhaighdean and Beinn Tharsuinn Chaol ridge with tops in fine sunny conditions from Poolewe. Climbed NW ridge of A' Mhaighdean, visiting top of Carnan Ban, then A' Mhaighdean, descent SE then climb to Meallan nan Gobhar. Followed the rocky ridge of Beinn Tharsuinn Chaol climbing far E top, E top, Beinn Tharsuinn Chaol, W top, far W top and Stob Bealach a' Chuirn. Descended WNW and rejoined path back to Poolewe. From carnmore, up the A’ Mhaighdean path, then cut over to summit, there are tops and crags not on the mpa but easily navigated. Sublime views, almost as good as A’ Mhaighdean itself. | hils | 25/05/2021 |
