Parked at the Spittal of Glenmuick (£5 cash/card in machine). Took the track on the N side of loch and up to above the Falls of the Glasallt from where a stalkers path goes up the SE ridge to Creag a Ghlas-uillt. From there the walk around the top of Allt an Dubh-loch valley opens up - Eagles Rock, Carn a'Choire Bhoidheach, Carn an t-Sagairt Beag, Carn an t-Sagairt Mor, Fafernie, Cairn Bannoch, Cairn of Gowal, Creag an Dubh-loch, Broad Cairn - and follows the track back down on the S side of Loch Muick. Long day with a cold wind but wonderful views. With Gillian, Tony, Richard and Denise, although R&D split off at times with different peak objectives, meeting up again finally below Broad Cairn.richard6918/04/2023

Solo. From near Spittal of Glenmuick. After reaching Creag a’ Ghlas-uillt continued to summit of Top of Eagle’s Rock. Went across to join SE ridge of Creag a’ Ghlas-uillt, avoiding summit (point 1068m) , and hence back to Spittal of Glenmuick. Weather was dry, but there was a cool wind on the higher parts.pwbellarby12/09/2003
Solo. A wet and windy day. I had cowered behind cairns of respite on occasions. continuing to the two outlying Munro Tops required grim determination and accurate navigation (no GPS).langskill10/05/2003

An excellent big 22 mile December winter's day neatly taking in 15 Munros & tops. 1 inch of snow cover with nice calm, clear and cold conditions. Started and ended in dark, with Phil Rheinberg during middle of 3 day w/e from Sheffield. Staying as the only guests in the 'fridge' -bunkhouse behind Clen Clova hotel.Chris Pearson03/12/1989
Solo round of the White Mounth Munros & tops from Spittal Of Glenmuick on a partly cloudy day. Meikle Pap, Cuidhe Crom, Cac Carn Mor & Beag & then easy walking over Creag a'Ghlas-uillt, Eagles Rock, Carn a'Choire Bhoidheach, Carn an t-Sagairt Beag & Mor. Turned for inward stretch bagging the remaining Munros & most of the tops. Dropped down to the loch using the track. As dusk approached, the lochside heaved with deer, none of which took any notice of a tired walker!NotReallyABagger17/09/1989
