From Glas-charn. Descended directly east to rejoin track by dam. Solo. | Dangerous Dave | 28/03/2024 |
From Glas charn, interesting amble over lots of craggy tops. Fine view down Loch Eil. Descent NE to dam and track used on way in. | MichaelF | 26/05/2023 |
From Glas-charn. Ground between looks rough but it wasn't as bad as it looked and not too boggy or peat hagged. From top headed down SE slopes to west side of the Allt an Utha and back to layby on A830 | Jossker | 19/05/2023 |
Fine circuit of 5 summits from NM876817. | jimbloomer | 10/11/2019 |
Parked in layby just after the bridge, then up the SE ridge. Deer tracks helpful through the longer vegetation in the initial part of the walk. Pleasant walking higher up. Excellent views. | LizH | 31/10/2019 |
From SSE, lay-by, steep grassy lines climb R-L thru crags, then up R to summit, 3 main HPs, of which the northernmost appears higher, cairn on SE summit has the better view. GPS very handy for retracing route on descent, so of course mine played up! A few spots of rain rounding off a mainly dry mild breezy day | RHW | 06/05/2018 |
Up south east ridge from road bridge. easy enough after you gain a bit of height. | Colin Crawford | 15/04/2016 |
Solo. From car park west of Allt Fèith a’ Chatha on A830 Mallaig road. After climbing Glas-charn descended S and over Sgùrr a’ Mhuidhe* and point 562m. Descended the ESE ridge. The weather was good with a little breeze only. *Note added 2016: This is the top where the name Sgùrr a’ Mhuidhe appears on OS maps. DBIH calls point 562m Sgùrr a’ Mhuidhe although it is further east. | pwbellarby | 07/04/2002 |
