As per the SMC Graham and Donalds book. Ascent route very good, descent route as described would have been fine earlier in the year but did have to fight through a bit of a brackenfest about 0.5km from the car. would have been better sticking to nearer the ridge line which on looking back was easier to avoid the bracken.JulieB24/08/2019
With Dave Roeder. Parked at 514206 and followed track to its end at field of cattle, including a bull. Followed SW side of field fence till well clear. When past trees, up steep slopes to undulating summit 'plateau'. Back same route; finish 15:40. Weather dry and fairly clear.dbb05/07/2019
From start of track 514206 which goes further than indicated on map as other correspondents have reported. At track end through field of docile cattle, alongside forest fence, up easier slope to right & across to summit. 3hours30.rogreeves05/07/2019

A circuiit from just west of hotel starting up good track. Forest continues a lost further up the valley than shown on map so had to seek out fire breaks but not too bad on the two ascents. Stob creagach first up a very steep fire break then cross back east to The Stob, less steep. Then south via Stob Caol to road with some problems as did not find track -trees!dickscroop06/11/2016

A pretty easy ascent using the track just to the west of Tulloch Farm. Boggy for a bit once it finishes, and steep, but quick to the top and back down.jenx07/09/2016
Just past Tulloch farm, track and gate at GR 514206. 154m. Track into Gleann Crotha has been extended up the glen joining the other track shown at GR 503217. Followed this to old sheep enclosure where ground in approach turns boggy. Right side then of forest fence and from its northern point direct up to left of obvious crag on skyline. From here a simple matter of taking a direct line then old fence posts to a fine airy summit. Return same way in a tad under 3hrs.nordicstar07/09/2016
Deep snow, from Monachyle hotel, ran out of time to do the additional tops, sunny but cold, good views.iangalbraith22/11/2015
Easy track with some parking on east side. Track gets you near and high. Cross river a bit further where there is no fence. Nice grassy easy slope on the left. Once up there it is easy.tallblond11/07/2015
Lovely walk with Robert Wight, Holly and Lily. Followed forestry track from Gate 300m W of Tulloch Farm. Then to corner of plantation and straight up bealach over several false tops to small cairn. Snowy. Great views.alexmaclennan04/01/2015
Solo trip from the south. Few midges around but the flies were troublesome.Invicta1418/06/2014
After climbing the Graham Top of Meall an t-Seallaidh with the name “Meall Reamhar”. We went roughly westwards to reach the summit of the Stob. We went SSE and over another top close by, which is much the same in height. We continued southwards to reach the summit of Stob and back to the starting point using the track through Gleann Crotha.pwbellarby02/05/2014
