By Kayak from the busy, friendly port of Kailin with good cafe. rough terrain means going is slow over all 5 tumps. Trig. grey dayDenise 24/05/2019
A 15 minute paddle by kayak from Kallin harbour (good slipway to launch from - except at low water) to land on Ronay in sheltered inlet at SE corner of Bagh Clann Neill. 1st of 5 Tumps on this complex island of ups and downs, grass, short heather and a lot of gneiss outcrops. Lots of Deer but we see no sheep.RichardM24/05/2019
Dropped off by the salmon farmers. Rough terrain - hefty outcrops, heather, bracken, wet underfoot. 10.4k for a circuit of the 5 tumps, this the second. Just under 4 hours for the circuit, longer than expected.jonglew11/08/2018
