Walked up from Balmullo.Skerryvore29/02/2020
Parked opposite a gate at 40914 20983, through the gate and followed a grassy vehicle track to the summit. (Had intended going up by the quarry, but lots of work going on. Quarry road is very badly potholed, so driving the length of that was not the best approach!)LizH16/12/2019
Parked beside mast in Quarry road, up through fieldhillsman29/11/2019
I walked up to the trigpoint and summit while doing a geocaching series here.Alancache03/08/2019
A round of 4 tops. Started from a layby next to the marked footpath SW of Lucklaw Hill. A pleasant walk to the summit, then eastwards down to Lucklawhill, into Balmullo for crisps and a butty, then along a good track to Cuplahills. A lovely detour through Willie's Woodland and on to the minor road to Airdit. At the entrance gate headed up a field edge to Airdit Hill before joining a track in the woods up and over the summit towards the Logie road. Turned left then right onto a track running just south of Craigsanquhar hill (detour to grassy summit), which continues to a footpath junction. Took another right turn to a gate (bull sign but no bulls present) over which there is a track pretty much to the top of Forret Hill. Then homeward to the car via Logie and Logie House. Took about three hours at a leisurely pace.summitter13/01/2019
Late afternoon. From parking junction of School Lane and Quarry Road, Balmullo. Short walk up road to gate into field just before Scottish water compound. Up field to upper gate then track/path to summit. Great views.N.Morters21/09/2018

Self, Peter and dog. Warning: if you wish to park S of the hill, the minor road from the quarry west to Lucklaw is in a very bad state with deep potholes. Parking for 2-3 cars on the corner NO409210.Invicta1421/02/2018
Looking north from the top there's heather, scattered pines...you could be on Speyside. Except that there's Dundee behind, but that's not a problem.Pete R27/12/2017
Best to park at Balmullo Quarry, rather than continue over pot holes aspiring to be craters. Ascended by the waymarked footpath through the wood, through the gate marked 'beware of the bull' (he and his family were absent), to the summit cairn and quickly back by paths and steepish grass on the eastern side of the quarry. Extensive views across the Tay and over St Andrews.Nick Down112/10/2017
Fabulous viewpoint over north sea, Tay estuary, Dundee and west to east and west Lomondvegibagger31/08/2017

From Cuplahills and via Willie's Wood, ascending through fields on the west side of the hill. Good views from top, including to Ben Vorlich and Stuc a' Chroin to the west.Windy Corner23/04/2017

Parked easily at Balmullo Quarry which was locked up. Up through the field to the east of the quarry to a gate from which a track leads to the summit. claggy and horrid, pity, this hill must have great views. very quick bag. No livestock in field today.hils05/10/2015
