From the road to Penderyn at SN 97831 13062. Up the track to the quarry, then on to the trig on the summit by various sheep tracks. Descended east of the quarry to make a loop walk. 2km, with 110m of ascent.Man of Kernow106/06/2023

Circular hike from layby south-east of Llwyn Onn reservoir on Cwm Dyry/Coed Pen-pont - Pant y Gadair - Cadair Fawr (with a trig point) - Blaen-cadlan-uchaf. Parking: Layby on the east side of the reservoirmanilena11/02/2022
Easy parking to side of old quarry track at SN 9783 1306 - Zigzag up to the large quarries & then a pleasant ascent to trig point & summit. Enjoyable walking over limestone with much short, sheep grazed grass & animal trods across the rougher stuff. A good hill! (S)gerrybowes10/11/2021
