From Feizor just before Elaine’s Tea Room, late afternoon running short of daylight otherwise could have been tempted. Up the High Dales Way before tracking up the wall steeply to ridge and summit. Lovely short hill. 2 of 3N.Morters19/02/2023
Parked in Feizor, just before Elaine's Tea Rooms (lovely meal afterwards!). Followed the road out of Feizor and round towards Bark Houses, leaving it at the gates (SD790 685) to follow the track E, then through a couple of gates and up to the summit. Great route for a pleasant walk on a snowy winters day.LizH16/12/2022
1x parking, on RoW, between gates (SD812677). Sign implores to keep to RoW, but it is overgrown and immediately blocked by an iron hurdle. Stony tk on W side of wall to Hargreaves Barn, throughstane stiles in walls, then open ground to topIsbjorn26/08/2022
From CP in Stainforth, Feizor Thwaite first then across wall by stile to south then steeply up to cairn and trig.PeterD08/07/2022

Just about found roadside parking in Feizor. Tea-room used to offer parking for a donation, but that part of the sign is taped over. Up the footpath, then N, to climb steeply up a grassy strip, then a little scramble and over the wall.Minto24/11/2019
Up from Feizor, clambering over the wall in the re-entrant 100 E of N-S wall, SD 7983 6786. Down on a direct line for Feizor Thwaite.Eddie22/11/2019

Mostly followed Wainwright’s route but started from Stainforth and used Ribble Way to Stackhouse. Route to and through Happy Valley is problematic access. Sadly misty until we were finishing the walk.Nick Caunt21/02/2019

A 2nd ascent on A beautiful 3 hr circuit (despite the grey gloomy weather)with L and Martha the little spaniel who at one point needed cutting free from brambles that held her fast by her long shaggy coat, ears and tail! From Giggleswick - schoolboy cairn - Giggleswick Scar-Freizor -north to join fps and stiles up NW flank -down to Stainfoth Force - and followed the Ribble back.Chris Pearson03/11/2017
With Jo, from Stainforth: across packhorse bridge, then continuing forward on footpath towards Feizor before diverting firstly onto Feizor Thwaite and then to Smearsett Scar. With K. Lovely limestone evening. Summited about 10pm. From road to east; parking on verge tricky but possible.Ashley10/06/2017
Parking at Little Stainforth very difficult due to yellow lines. However, there is a wonderful cafe there which will permit parking for customers. Alt 220m. Pot of tea and a cream cake for under 4 pound. Path leads alongside farm and through a gate. It then carries straight on at the bend across the pasture. All walls crossed by stiles so you know if you are on the correct route. 4.77 km return to include Feizor Thwaite. 90 minutes.moorsman18/02/2017
From Feizor. After Feizor Thwaite. Great tea room to go down to. Topo section Q07 completed.ngthack13/07/2016
