From Wimbledon, Merton tops, Putney Heath, King Henry VIII Mound, Heston and Horsenden Hill. Front door styles very diverse in this part of the world but Greenford was depressing. Finished at Perivale.PhilipChaston26/11/2023

Re-visit with Jimmy McPaul on mega bus and foot journey from our miniscule basement hotel room in Pimlico. He found a loveliness of ladybirds nestling in the roof of the ground level sight hole of the trig pillar S3940. Joyvegibagger21/01/2022

Travelcard Tump-bagging day, left car near W Ruislip sta, walked up from Perivale sta, very pleasant on the open space. Members of the London Nat Hist Soc are keen on this hill, good for butterflies esp., as a member I'm a bit surprised I'd never been on this hill before.pwheeler01/08/2019
Parked in the free car park directly opposite the Ballot Box PH on Horsenden Lane North - SE up path (tarmac, then cobble, then gravel & finally grass) to the unmarked summit S. of trig point. (S)gerrybowes28/07/2019
Short walk from free car park by tennis courts at base of hill to NW to urban park area with trig and good views on crisp clear cold morning. HP SE of trig on grassy path near trees. Start of delightful 16 mile tump and trig walk around Wembley and Harrow, with the majority being within green spaces.Denise 17/01/2019
Free car park opposite Inn on NW side of hill, grassy paths to summit. Wonderfully rural for so close to London. Spectacular day of cloudless skies, bright sunshine, crisp views and temperatures just above zero. Open, levelish grassy summit with trig, high point on S edge. Even a Gruffalo trail in the Oak woods on S side of hill.RichardM17/01/2019
Fab hill top with a trig point on top. 30km run Rickmansworth to Ikea Wembley via Batchworth Heath, Potter Street Hill, Harrow on the Hill, Sudbury, Horsenden Hill and Hanger Lane.Fionalevey09/12/2018

Bagged as YSM0366 Horsenden Hill. Parked at a pub then followed tracks and then found the stairs to the pillar (after asking some dog walkers the best way to go!) which has an unusual base surrounding it. #2 day#5 Total day#4 #13 Total day#3 #12 Total day#2 #11 Total day#1 #13thejackrustles22/08/2017

A genuinely enjoyable London top! An evening walk from Perivale tube, over the canal and along paths to the little summit plateau. The evening lights of London spread out below as I circuited prospective highpoints and the trig.Nick Down102/03/2017
Day out on the Tube doing a circuit of the Tumps. Out and back from Sudbury Town Tube Station.rhalstead25/02/2017
From Perivale tube to Sudbury Town. A very good hill by London standards. I had never seen wild parakeets in the UK: in the east-side woods, they drowned out all other birdsong.Pete R22/12/2016

Parked for free in side road near shops. Walked up passed the pub, into grassy slopes, up to car park, and final path up to trig and slightly higher spot height. After lots of walking around finding highest point, returned after reading the history of the hill on some notice boards. Lovely views, especially of my next tump of the day Harrow on the hill.pdantic23/01/2016
From Car Park a short haul to top with A,C &D. Good views. Fairly certain went up here circa 1978 when living nearby in NortholtPeterD26/09/2015

My final London Borough top (11 done today). This is one of the better tops, most others I would never want to visit again. A proper hill with good views and paths. Good free car park opposite pub.Hillsidenick21/07/2013

After work, tube to Sudbury and circular walk over Horsenden and Sudbury hills. Better of the London tops. From Woodland Rise took path by golf course up to the trig. Bit muddy in places, view good through mist as others report. Dropped down NW side of hill via car park and Horsenden Lane heading to Sudbury.nordicstar20/03/2013
