Easy short stroll from Meall na Meoig. | Owen B | 26/09/2020 |
Up the hydro track until a sturdy bridge reached. Then, staying on the east side of the Allt Eigheach, we followed an ATV trail that eventually petered out about a third of the way up the south flank of Beinn Pharlagain. Once the main ridge was attained a small path was located and repeatedly lost as we bagged the four ridge tops all the way to Meall na Meoig. A very hot day so we called it a day and headed straight down and west from this final summit to the cool pools of the alluring burn below for a spot of skinny-dipping and dipper watching. A long dusty trail all the way back to Loch Eigheach and the scorching car, but a sense of satisfaction and a coldish coke helped salve the body and mind. | summitter | 01/06/2020 |
