From Glen Lochy car park on A85. Up through forest and Fionn Choiren to the bealach, then Beinn a' Chleibh, Ben Lui and back down the same way. Cloud free summits.welshyboyo31/05/2017
From Glen Lochy car park on A85, through forest than up on to NW ridge, Ben Lui, across to Beinn a'Chleibh, back to bealach, and return through Fionn Choirein and the forest. Path finding in forest not easy - areas of forest operations, new roads and fences not on the maps. Crossing the river Lochy currently very easy - some of the forest paths are wetter.kdbennett07/05/2017

Ben Lui excursion.justin99912/08/2015
Big walk from camp sit in tyndrum. I ended up walking to Dalrigh as I could not cross the track at Tyndrum due to Network Rail enough said. In the coire gaothach I went to far south so ended up cutting across the snows of central gully and then up to a point just west of stone garbh. The North East ridge was easy but fun. I visited both summits, I then went over to Beinn a chleibh and returned to col with Ben Lui I then contoured round to the col with Ben oss. The North East ridge of Oss was fun as I glossed down the snow patches. It was then over the subsidiary top and up Beinn dubhchraig. I reversed to the loch and and went down the path to the north of the allt coire dubhchraig. Lower down this was boggy towards the bottom I turned south crossed the river cononish and picked up the outward path near the bridge under the railway. I returned on the West Highland Way to Tyndrum. I walked 17.5 miles in 9.25 hours with 1830 metres of ascent.isabelle15/06/2015
Parked at forest car park GR239 279. Waded across the river and stooped under the railway bridge. Followed the Northern side of the Eas Daimh. Totally missed the crossing, marked by a small cairn at GR2424 2748. Although this is a longer route, it is less muddy/boggy than the other route. Followed the N side of the stream all the way up to the gate at GR 253 275. Headed South a little to avoid the steepest slope and then up the grassy slopes to the summit of Ben Lui. Down to the bealach and up to Beinn a' Chleibh. Back to the bealach and down to the gate at GR 250264. Followed East side of stream all the way back to the crossing at GR2424 2748. Glorious day, T-Shirt weather, even at the top, great views.tsharp12/06/2015
Fantastic trip with Sarah. Walked in the night before from Dalrigh with Sarah and camped in the forest beyond the gold mine, not exactly luxurious but plenty food and drink. Early start, spent an hour taking pics of sunrise before heading uphill. Still loads of snow, ice climbers in central gully. The weather just got better and better, we sat around for ages below the summit eating and chatting to passers by. might have carried on to other summits but we'd had a brilliant day, plus still had to retrieve camping stuff so cut it short at the burn and had a glorious long walk down/out in the sunshine.Colinmac200505/04/2015
GMC weekend Crianlarich Youth Hostel. Neil Goeff Pete M Kev Mc Lydsey ascended Icey face jps66605/04/2015
Short stopover at Crianlarich before Islay. Approached from NW, over River Lochy and up through forest - beware some forest paths marked on OS 1:25k no longer exist and new deer fence erected along forest edge - deer gate at NN 25375 27533. Once out on open hillside, faint track can be followed to gain ridge at NN 25608 25865, after which we did Ben Lui first then on to Beinn a'Chleibh before back tracking to car park beside A85. A wet day and a slog on lost paths through forest - not our favourite Munro!jonglew02/06/2014
Wild camped the night before. False start up the central line before backtracking down and up onto the ridge. BIG MOUNTAIN with confusing summit.GravelMonkey25/05/2014
