Parked at NG985036 crossed river by ruined bridge then a 3 hour walk to put a camp in at NM931996. East west traverse of ridge to simplify the tricky bits.BaggerGutt19/07/2023
Straightforward ascent from Barrisdale but weather poor, with low cloud and quite heavy rain. It did improve for the walk out to Kinlochhourm. The path is quite boggy in places, hard going carrying camping gear.douglas_easton24/05/2023

From Slat Bheinn. Interesting and attractive descent to the col NW of Aird Chadhachan, lots of large slabs at jaunty angles with steep, narrow grass sections in between. From the col, headed SW up a grassy gully, then a precariously steep section to get onto a better grassy rake above left, reasonably straightforward from there, emerging onto the summit ridge at about 870m, SE of the summit. Descended to the headwaters of the Abhainn Chosaidh. Reasonably good going along the glen, then rejoined the path back to Loch Cuaich and eventually back to the car.Owen B26/08/2022

Peter Fletcher took 3 of us over Loch Hourn from Arnisdale to Barrisdale pier. Hot enough but not unbearable with Dangerous Dave and Jonny Rogerson. Steady climb up the NW ridge. Great views. Rain descended around 5pm before our 6pm pick up.bolton19/07/2022
Boat from Arnisdale to Barrisdale. With John Rogerson and Phil M. Boat came back for us at 6pm.Dangerous Dave19/07/2022
Camped at Barrisdale after drop off by ferry from Arnisdale arranged with Peter Fletcher. Round of Sgurr Coire Bheithe and Slat Bheinn. Easy WNW ridge. Inversion under Ladhar Bheinn.Topographer5721/07/2021
Kayaked across Loch Quoich from 004031 to 963010, then up Slat Bheinn. Descended to Loch Coire nan Cadha, then up stream WSW from loch (good water source even in dry spell) to N ridge, then up to summit. Descended E to Sgurr Airigh na Beinne, then got bored here of slow going on ridge so descended SE to dam and back to kayaks along track.quadbarrel29/06/2021
Climed with Richard and Andy M. From camp at 955 016 approx up to Ridge, back along valley then walk out. Long day (> 11 hours) Amazing day if a bit hot. Drive back to Invergarry for food (luckily) at Black Sheep hotel then to Great Glen Hostel.amcculloch30/05/2021

Revisit. #10 of 12 from NG985036, Abhainn Chosaidh easy boulder hop with only minor rain recently. Up the E ridge, last 2 tops interesting routewise. Backtracked E a short way to obvious wide grassy gully, steep but viable. I soon escaped L which was more complex, best keep to main gullyRHW19/05/2021

Sgurr a'Choire-bheithe ridge with tops from road by Loch Quoich. No problems with river crossings on this excellent day in dry spell. Descended into Gleann Cosaidh on return but unclear whether this saves any time. Just over 10h. Impressive ridge and excellent views to Knoydart, Ben Aden, Sgurr na Ciche.RobertP27/05/2016

Disappointing day meant that this was a bit of a wet slog, instead of a nice ascent. Never mind at least I managed something on a dismal daygman28/07/2007

From N shore Loch Quoich at NG 977.037. Stayed close to shore to Abhainn Chosaidh. No problem crossing this, then seemingly endless knolly ridge, in heatwave, over many tops to summit itself. Cairn and pool nearby. Returned via Slat Bheinn and Gleann Chosaidh. A tough day.Aye Jimmy16/07/2006
From Barrisdale bothy. Mist lifted as I climbed on good paths over 2 bridges up a narrow glen. Left path and steady plod steeply over lank grass to ridge, which I followed all the way to top at 10.15. No view - mist.arranc30/07/2004

With friend. From point where road to Kinloch Hourn leaves Loch Quoich. Walked round Loch Quaich on something of a path, at one stage being on an old road. At the Abhainn Chòsaidh we joined the stalker’s path going up the glen. We left the path where it leaves the main glen to go up a subsidiary glen towards Glen Barrisdale. Further up the main glen we climbed up the mountainside between rocky buffs to reach the second subsidiary top to the east of Sgurr a’ Choire-bheithe. We reached the summit of Sgurr a’ Choire-bheithe. It was a very warm day. My friend went on over Slat Bheinn and joined the path from Glen Barrisdale for the return. I returned by traversing the complete ridge of Druim Chòsaidh including Sgurr Airigh na Beinne before rejoining the outward route.pwbellarby20/06/1998
