From NT car park at Llanbedrog with Peach, Del and Syd. A sweet little hill with some of the best views in Wales. | climbingkershaw | 15/05/2022 |
We found a good parking area at SH 324312 (Bolmynydd)- by the entrance to a campsite, but no sign of any restrictions. Up the RoW opposte and to the long abandoned quarries at the headland before following a narrow RoW to the top. A Yorkshireman was strimming a firebreak near the top so the path may be wider soon. We were delighted to be able to have an extended walk rather than just bag the top- nearby coastal views were fabulous but it was too hazy fully to use the elegant topograph. Sunny afternoon; with brother Pete. | pwheeler | 17/03/2022 |
Climbed while on a geocaching expedition in the Llanbedrog area on a chilly but sunny day.

Superb viewpoint over coastline and pleasant walk from west on very hot day. All Gwynnedd ridges visible, identified from topograph. Large cairn and trig. Revisit. | Denise | 18/07/2021 |
Track from W, great views. I suspect the rock at base of trig point is higher than any solid ground within/beneath the cairn but who knows? | RichardM | 18/07/2021 |

Lovely walk around the headland with my daughter, using NT car park then across beach taking steep path up through woodland to the metallic Man sculpture then around on coastal path with gorse and heather in flower. We took a narrow path upto summit area visiting Cairn and Trig. Great view of the St Tudwall Islands. Back on track and path through field passing benign Black Bull and cows to emerge near church and cafe/arts centre with nearby cinema. | Dazingdale | 24/08/2017 |

Detour on Wales Coast Path section between Pwllheli and Cilan. Nice spot, great panoramic views. | thesweetcheat | 11/03/2016 |
Parked grass verge near entrance to The Warren. Walked though the holiday village to beach, along the sands and scrambled up the cliffs, through waist-high gorse to reach good path at SH 33463 30585, after which it was straight forward! Returned via the more sensible car park somewhere around SH 32533 31200 then a pleasant (not) mile walk alongside the A499. Apart from the cliff scramble this was not the best way to do this hill. | jonglew | 16/08/2015 |
Car park to NW , track to top. | Adrian | 15/08/2015 |
From parking place just beyond caravan site above town. Pleasant walk up on road and BP to column 8379 and cairn viewpoint etc 40 yards further. Nice hill. | arranc | 08/08/2015 |

with trig pillar, S8379, Camped in a little enclave at back of national trust car park and ate my Chinese veg curry on the beach in the moonlight and came exploring next morning for the best way for this Tump n trig this morning. V clear moon skies from last night gone. Who put in nasty sea mist and a stiff breeze with grey blanket overhead. This isn't what the forecasters promised!! Feel of wild moorland Lovely colour mixtures purples and browns in heather greens and yellows in the gorse. Wild and mighty chilly. Last night was the sound of the lapping ocean waves, with curry. Both, yummy!! | vegibagger | 21/08/2013 |
Climbed as part of Llyn Coastal Path.
With Ian, Gary, Chris, Phil and Fred. | mavero10 | 07/06/2013 |
From large National Trust car park in Llanbedrog
at SH 33074 31501. Walked back to car park entrance then followed Coastal Path signs through Plas Glyn y Weddw (large Victorian Gothic mansion).
