From Llangollen, on spring NW Office hike, with 8 others. Onwards by the ODP to Rock Farm, then south back by the Clwydian Way, with a stop at the Abbey Tea Room en route. Then canal path back into Llangollen. 15.0km, with 350m of ascent.Man of Kernow124/03/2023
Climbed twice in one day (first from south, then from north) as part of activity scheme checkpoint. First ascent (& descent!) horribly icy – footwear definitely inappropriate! By afternoon walk, ice had turned into equally horrible, but less sketchy, slushy mud. Clear skies & excellent views, even if cold. Interesting ruins on summit.millionmts17/12/2022
