From the double tiny car parks by the B5289 in Barrowdale at NY 25655 17665. Holm Fell (small detour) > Grange Crags (small detour) > Kings How - Grange Fell > Grange Fell [Brund Fell] > Ether Knott > Brown Dodd > Shepherds Crag (small detour). Terrain difficult from Brown Dodd to Shepherds Crag.
