Holly Bank from pull in off Lees Road, just north of Butt Lane, then walk into Mossley, train to Grassfield to tackle Wharmton, walk back to car. Somehow when planning missed out Quick Edge so must return.Alfa1M15/12/2023

A short evening walk after work from Mossley, a revisit but now finally logging it. Minus temperatures but great views in the snow and sunset.meltdiceburg17/01/2023
The RoW immediately to the east of the trig has no stile to the trig. However, a short distance (<100m) to the north there is. It's a nice walk along the edge.Alan Moore11/11/2022
Here for the trigpoint 'Brown Edge' TP:UK log Today was supposed to be the hottest day ever, so we mad an early start. Parked just beyond the scrappy I think, over gate up track and then onto footpath and open access land.thejackrustles19/07/2022

Train and then bus to Top Mossley - took footpath to side of The Goat - Cross then summit & trig. Mossley Organics for treats then a couple of pints at the Rising Sun before trekking homewards.briandavies30/06/2017
Parked at pull-in in Lane Head Road SD 96201 03076. On nearby ROW for one minute, then straight to trig.David Evans23/04/2017
Easy parking in a mini layby on the road to the west. The footpath can be followed from the layby (rather than climbing a bank 30m further on). Join the main track after 10m, go through a gate and soon the trig comes into view on the right. 10 minutes returnmoorsman19/02/2017
Walked from Mossley station to Holly bank, then Quick Edge and back to Mossley via the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and Roaches (track of old railway line). Good views from the top, surprisingly few people around as it's quite an urban walkLazylizzie18/02/2017
8th and penultimate top of the day on a 17 mile walk from Marsden to Mossley station, climbing Pule hill, Ox Hey top, Harrop Edge, Delph hill, Badger Edge, Wharmton and Quick Edge dropping down to the road at the bottom. Head-torch on as darkness has descended. Took signposted fp up until reaching brow of ridge. Stiles allow access into fenced areas. Agree with D Gradwell summit on grassy mound. The lights of the conurbations sparkle below. Continued on ridge dropping down to reach Mossley road.Dazingdale29/10/2016
