Lovely moody misty walk from Llanfair Hill. Best walk of the week which has been a bit drab but for today at least that Autumn damp is wonderful - yes more parasol fungi and the trundle of the Mid-Wales line in the distance. | briandavies | 15/10/2019 |
From the road junction due north. Sufficient parking at start of the two fps. Took the one to the east to avoid cattle and a hunt which I encountered on return. Good track all of the way. Again, fine views. | Campbell Singer | 06/10/2019 |

Last hill of the day in pouring in rain on a long stretch of the Offas dyke path from Forden to Knighton, climbing Hergan, Myndtown hill, Graig hill and& Llanfair hill. Last hour was slow going as was having to use my head torch. I didnt plan to climb this hill and must Have missed it from the lists So consequently DID not visit the trig or the corner So i Have not ticked the box!! Grassy slopes leading down to Knighton were super-saturated and steep and i slipped over at least 3 times. | Dazingdale | 16/10/2016 |

As previous logger only 25 mins return. A dull day. | stig_nest | 01/05/2016 |
Parking at the start of the track 300m NE of Selley Hall (where two paths meet at the road). By taking the eastern path you have a higher starting point and a much easier climb to the top of the hill. Walk till the fourth gate then cut across the field to the trig point. 30 minutes return. | moorsman | 21/04/2016 |

Llanfair Waterdine- Llanfair Hill- Offas Dyke- Knighton. Outstanding and beautiful walk with a real 'high level' feel despite fairly modest altitude. The Dyke is impressive and nearest to being complete for long stretches here. With Mom and Dad | pwheeler | 02/10/1983 |
