O: Lovely peaceful place but surrounded by arable fields and pastures.

Easy parking at 202590. After Milton Hill. Track SE, then up along E side of wood. Then field boundary to summit plateau, and across field to copse. Straightforward except for the herd of frisky cows near the top.PGCE09/07/2021
From Easton Royal on walk all round the S.ridge to Falstone Pond then N to Pump House copse (lots of space for parking) before finishing over Milton Hill and via Milton church- a fine 9 mile walk including bagging the HP from gate to E. where 'No ROW' sign is unconfrontational county council issue. Shorts ok as nettles below ankle height, followed from by HP down to gate by those frisky cattle. Lots of game inc. hares. Very hazy sunshine and warmpwheeler31/03/2021
Parked at the start of the ROW S of Easton Royal. Up the track to a gate E of top. No Public Right Of Sign on gate so quick dash up the field to copse at the top. HP W side in copse. Saw 3 large Hares.fosal2905/07/2020

Parked at the southern end of the road in Easton Royal and followed the track round and up to a stile on the right from where a track continues upwards. Then up across a pasture to the copse. HP is in the fenced copse although it is in a part with no trees to speak of.clivevilla30/01/2019

Drove up to Pt207 for an easy bag - the cows are no longer frisky.Chris Peart08/10/2017
Walked from edge of Easton Royal. You could drive to pt 207 if you were in a hurry as the byway is well surfaced. Decidedly dusky by time I reached the top. Shorts weren't a great idea as the summit area was covered in nettles.Herbert Anchovy28/07/2017

Parked near church in Easton Royal for walk over Easton and Milton Hills, on edge of Salisbury Plain. Well away from restricted military training areas, but tanks etc do use this area. No public access to Easton Hill, needed to cross several b/w fence lines. Easton Clump wooded area at summit, also earthworks.jonglew04/03/2014
Easy parking to N. Followed track to about pt 207 then a gate.destaylor15/02/2013
