Parked in A87 layby on W side of forest gap and climbed up to the ridge just E of Beinn Odhar. Classic ridge walk thereafter over the Five Sisters - Sgurr nan Spainteach, Sgurr na Ciste Duibhe, Sgurr na Carnach, Sgurr Fhuaran, Sgurr nan Saighead and Beinn Bhuidhe before descending its W ridge and the path alongside the stream to Allt a' Chruinn. Wonderful clear weather. With Gillian and Denise.richard6926/04/2023

Traverse of the Five Sisters Ridge, from the Glenshiel battlefield car park at NH 00907 13524. Steep climb of 550m to Bealach an Lapain, then rough ridge walking over Beinn Odhar, Sgurr nan Spainteach, Sgurr na Ciste Duibhe, Sgurr na Carnach and Sgurr Fuaran. Then followed the main path around and down to Ault a'Chruinn by the stalkers' path. 16.9km, with 1440m of ascent. Solo.Man of Kernow130/08/2021
Five sisters munros, east to west. Parking the second car at Loch Duich would've been better than at the memorial, tough steep descent and nowhere to cross the river.tomd429/07/2021

Atmospheric day up on The Five Sister of Kintail ridge with John. Spent much of the time on the ridge in the clouds, though there were clear patches earlier on. Ground was very wet and the resulting mixture of mud and wet slabby rock made for a slippery ridge walk. We had cars at both ends, but John left his car keys in my car (whoops), so we managed to blag a lift from kind stranger at the Jac-o-bite back up to my car.mproudfoot11/10/2020

Debs & Tali, up the path from Gleann Lichd, hitting the ridge at NG 97776 17023. By way of the Druim Liath spur. Notch in the ridge with a wee stone sticking out. Up the Munro then NW along the ridge picking up the rest of the tops.Mountain Goat08/05/2019
3/3 - then further ascend over more snow and broken ground to 3rd Munro summit - again the descent is tricky in snow. Also took in Sgurr nan Saighead then descended and walked out via the long Allt a' Chruinn valley. Sting in the tail is the prolonged stepped descent down to the villagewychwood04/03/2019
