Thick mist and a lot of snow made navigation and progress slow. Still enjoyable. The snow was just right, firm enough to avoid floundering yet soft enough to walk rather than skate.Just how many padlocks does a single gate need? I counted ten.Martin R13/03/2014

MC JC. Climbed fron Glen Falloch on what was promised to be a very fine day. However cloud failed to clear and weather hazy. Very cold wind from SE. Followed the tops in cloud by compass, Summit in 2h15. Bite to eat under a natural rock wall near summit. Descended into Lairig Arnan which has a remote feel and beautiful with the sun starting to break through. Ground still frozen despite some rising temperaturesMartin6622/02/2003
