With friends. We cycled along Glen Elchaig to Iron Lodge. We walked on the path to Glen Sithidh. We went on to the NWW ridge of Mullach Sithidh and along the ridge summit. I was a bit slow today so the others went ahead and got to Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan. I continued to Mullach na Dheiragain and Carn na Con Dhu. We were rather late back at the B&B.pwbellarby05/06/1999
