1hr 13 mins available in theory to do this hill from finishing supply teaching day at Aboyne on the bell, getting changed, and a fast walk to and then thrash up and down this little forested hill through the trees / bracken, and back to Aboyne for my bus back to Banchory. Made it comfortably with 9 mins to spare. Another fun mini adventure -worth sitting on the bus with wet feet as vegetation sopping after 2 days of drizzle -which kindly stopped at home time. Easy to pick a route up from road to N to prominant summit hillock just before fence with buildings beyond. No matter its p29. | Chris Pearson | 25/09/2019 |
