see logs for Beinn Airigh Charr, Meall Mheinnnidh and Beinn Lair for bike/walk in. From Carnmore bothy, good path to NH001774. Easy grass over moor to approx. NG997780, then (endless) almost flat smooth plateau - very easy walking. 3.5 hours from bothy to walk out from NG969764 - should have tagged this on to previous day but wary of being benightedcarole engel13/09/2023

From Beinn a Chaisgein Beag and Frth-mheallan over easy ground with CM. A long way but the scenery is magnificent. Deer Keds attacked us relentlessly in the warm conditions. Back to the bikes at the bridge 993856. A long day! 10.5 hours and just under 22 miles including the 4.6 mile bike ride each way fro Gruinard.bolton05/09/2023

Cycle in from Poolewe, left bike near Kernsary and walked, passing Carnmore to lochan at top of bealach and then NWish up ridge to summit. Wonderful views especially back into Fishfield but also out to Clisham - the next on the list! Return same way to savour the views. 29miles in all.MichaelF21/07/2017
