Rough and boggy circuit from parking at Orbostgovanah17/09/2023
From Orbost parking, then down track to bay, W along shore, up a track (signposted obscurely behind shrubs) just before the stream before the first forestry, up to deer fence, W along inside of deer fence to a dilapidated gate, through that, then followed the fence W until it turned down towards river, continued towards Bealach Bharcasaig, turning NW and up S ridge to summit, then trig, descended by trodden path down E ridge, turning NE to An Cruachan and towards Ceall Bhuidhe, then turned SE down to outward route (a much better return that outward), and back to start (4h15m)kdbennett01/06/2023
With Dave Roeder. Parked at Orbost and followed the road and start of Dunvegan path, then the fence line WSW from NG 256445 till it bends southward. Then W over the low col and the Osdale river to the E ridge of the North Table. Fortunately reasonably dry going. Long pull up to the summit (in cloud, 13:10). Followed the ridge line round over Beinn na h-Uamha to the South Table, also in cloud (15:05). Continued S then SE to Beinn Bhac-ghlais (not in cloud, 16:30). Descended the ridge ENE and finally S to a wet track which led past NG 246407 to the Idrigill track and thence back to the car park (18:25). Long day, few summit views but no rain.dbb13/05/2023

From the road at 256 444. Pick your route across the moor to the fabulous summit. On to Healabhal Moor, and then I used various animal tracks back to the road.Peterb27/04/2021

Large road end car park at Orbost. Around back of Orbost House, past a bungalow to field, through sheep to a gate onto open moor. Uphill gently on animal tracks over tussock. Skylarks. To foot of steep grass slope with rock tower. Good path materialised as rocks got serious and one final step up to flattish top and walk over to column 6006 in a small wind break and to spot height 150m to W. 10.40. to Bhac-Ghlais.arranc14/05/2008

The obligatory down and up. On the second steep climb took a rest, while doing so one of a pair of Golden Eagles came to check us out. Again great views. Not enough time to do the third so headed down by the side of the forest to Loch Bharcasaig.garyhoney07/04/2002
