From the bridge over the Abhain an t-Stratha Mhoir, on the B8083. A large part of the hillside is enclosed within a BWF, with gated access - 50 metres to the L (W) of the gate, a path starts up the subordinate S ridge, on the true R bank of the burn coming down the gully line separating the subordinate ridge from the main S ridge.Isbjorn24/01/2019

An excellent afternoon stroll from the head of Loch Slapin. There's a very good path all the way, parallel with the fence at first (outside the enclosed land), then following the sub-ridge to the west of the stream. Wonderful views all the way, and steep enough to seem like a proper mountain.Gill17/07/2018
Lot of descent and ascent between Beinn dearg and this marilyn. But worth it. Enjoyed the views of Bla behind and red cuillins. excellent. Company: Soloiandesbottes14/05/2018
With Luna, utterly smashed it, ascent in 52 minutes and descent in 33BigNick13/05/2018
Bright sunny warm and blue as we travel down the Ealaghol Road Beinn na Cro beckons. We ascend from the south (the Black and Red Cullins all visable for the first time this week! all around). Treated to a Sea Eagle display as it circles higher and higher above finally disappearing into the blue. Steep descent to lochan Statha Mhoir along base of Glen and along east side of Loch na Sguabaidh.briandavies29/04/2018
