8.2 miles 3039ft walk, start at stronuich Reservoir Dam to Meall Ghaordaidh, Cam Creag and Creag An Tulabhain.stephenbuda11/09/2023
From small parking area just West of Allt Dhuin Croisg. Obvious path to Meall Ghaordaidh. Intermittent path on ridge E over Cam Chreag & NW to Creag an Tulabhain. Backtracked 600m SE to low point on ridge and dropped gradually to watershed on boundary. Steep climb NE to ridge & N to Beinn nan Oighreag. Descended S then SW to sheilings & on to Munro path W of Allt Dhuin Croisg. Descent was mostly on faint path, but lost it in places. Beautiful day, bone dry ground, glorious views. 18km, 1300m climb.Lynnebe06/09/2023
With Corinne. First hill for nearly 6 months. She popped her Munro cherry: ''4 out of 5, good first. Cried in 20mins, bit steep from bottom to top immediately and no flat parts really. Some scary rocky parts near top. But good wind breaker, good views and generally not as bad as I thought it would be, good feeling of accomplishment''.iangpark18/05/2023
A short walk but a fairly boring munroemily08/05/2023
A traverse from Stronuich to Dalchiorlich and biked back to the car.BaggerGutt26/04/2023
With Eve. As we started walking up there was clag drifting amongst the higher peaks. The high pressure meant that there was hardly any wind, and there was very fine sneachd floating down. The summit was still in clag when we arrived, so we got no view but the snowy and icy (and beard-freezing) conditions ensured a very atmospheric scene.RufusHodge03/03/2023

Weather forecast to clear 4pm so evening walk of Beinn nan Oighreag (Corbett) and Meall Ghaordaidh (Munro). Weather correct, nice clear views from both. Enjoyed the corbett for the views of the munro which looks much more impressive from this side. Solo.meltdiceburg23/08/2022

2/3 With Beinn nan Oighreag and the Tarmachan ridge, starting from van at shielings car park to NW of reservoir, over Bealach na Cuinneig – Tarm ridge last. Only one summit clear but no rain. Snell wind, patches of wet snow, some dead reckoning needed but fences to handrail. Rounsfell17/04/2022
Great day out with H&KBaz with H&K01/03/2022
Don't usually climb hills for a second time, but this one was in my way, as I traversed from Meall na Cnap Laraich on to Cam Chreag. The farmer at Dalchiorlich where I parked my car is of the opinion that this is the best way to climb the Munro.NormanW17/01/2022
With John and his little dog Islay - a corbett/munro duo of Meall nan Subh and Meall Ghaordaidh, with cars parked in each hill's usual parking spot. Started with partial blue skies but ended up in the clag, with constant drizzle, 30-40mph winds and a wind-chill of around -6c on the summits. Probably go down as one of my least favourite walks of 2021, but still - another pair of hills ticked off. Total distance 12.85mi, ascent 1380m and car-to-car time: 6h 17min.mproudfoot02/10/2021
It was a cloudy overcast day with with no wind. Izzy was tired so this was our easy day. We parked to the SE in Glen Lochay. A word of warning the ladies who parked near us nearly ruined there car in the hidden rock and drainage ditch luckily I don’t think any serious damage was done. We walked up the usual route to the summit. It was a bit of a slog in the mist. We saw Frogs, Wheatear, Meadow Pipits and Stonechats. Had a bit to eat in summit shelter but no views. Returned by the same route. Time taken 3 hours 25 minutes for 6.16 miles.isabelle20/08/2021

great day out in stunning weather. got up high to watch the sunrise over Ben Vorlich and Stuc a'Chroin. Around a foot of fresh snow and not too much ice made a fantastic outing. 4:20 isn't too bad with the conditions and a very nice munro ticked off :)Nicky C28/12/2020

Limited roadside parking just west of the river by Duncroisk. Simple walk up grassy slopes to the summit shelter cairn. Icy and windy on top. Walked east down the ridge to Cam Chreag and Creag an Tulabhainn, then up to Beinn nan Oighreag. Solo.Dangerous Dave20/10/2019
Set off 7AM from Glen Lochay to try and avoid the worst of the weather. Still pretty wet and windy though. Back down by 11.tsharp14/09/2019
Debs & Tali, from parking at NN507370. Followed quad track up into Coire Ghaordaidh then NW up easy ground onto the ridge with 500m north to the Meall na Cnap Laraich. Then direct to Meall Ghaordaidh to Cam-Chreag. Followed faint track to the nose path then down the fell side to the Sheilings meeting the quad track. 3hrs 20Mountain Goat18/06/2019
Standard route up and down in 3 hours 15 mins from Glen Lochay on another Webteam walk for charity. Drizzly with views coming and going, summit in the clouds so had lunch in the shelter then headed back down. An enjoyable walk and easy Munro.Chris Mac26/05/2019
Round from Glen Lyon - climbing the Corbett first gave good perspective of Meall Ghaordaidh, which is characterful from this side. A good day in fine weather.nix_snilloc22/04/2019

Meall Ghaordaidh (1039m) west of Killin, accessed from Glen Lochay. This was first hike through snow, >6 inches on the top 200m, which was certainly an experience. Sadly no views on top, due to the mist, but a nice sight of Ben More to the west on the descent. Five hours 20 minutes all in.chillyman823/12/2018

Parking on grass verge west of bridge over Allt Dhuin Croisg (NN 52683 36272). Relentless plod all the way to the summit! Path mostly clear throughout, occasionally boggy, rockier near the summit. Out and back by the same route.david23020128/10/2018

Ascent from parking W of Duncroisk along path on W bank of Allt Dhuin Croisg. Followed the path too far, so went directly up Cam Chreag, before the rolling ridge to Meall Ghaordaidh. Direct descent back to the path and the start.welshyboyo06/08/2018
