3rd of 4th Marilyn this evening. By the usual means. A black Toyota was parked at the gate so an alternative spot was found 50m up the road. Another good view despite the gathering dusk.stig_nest05/08/2017

Most of the effort getting from Talley was driving via Mynydd Figyn to the gate at 501282. Driving was more stressful and less absorbing than walking. At the gate, there was another hillbagger in car. Just room for the two cars. Quick 15 min bag in trainers as a downpour looked imminent, but- as on all these few days- I only caught a few flakes of snow. pleasant top.pwheeler27/04/2016

Started in Brechfa and walked south over Banc-y-Daren via roads. It was then intended to travel via footpaths, however these did not exist on the ground so used roads to 400m from the summit.garyhoney03/01/2003
