During a long weekend with J. From just N of Thwaite where there are two places to park near the Pennine Way track. Followed the track which becomes a rather boggy path with occasional flagstones after a gate. Passed one of the large cairns (beacons) on the hill & through the gate near the summit to the welcome shelter at the top. View started to disappear & as we left the summit to return by the same way, the rain swept across the fell.NotReallyABagger19/10/2019
