parked with permission at the Boyne Arms in Burwarton and followed a 6 mile circuit anticlockwise. Paths through the woods on the ascent were very poor - no markings and overgrown. Descent to the south via the Shropshire Way and Boyne Water were much better. Visited the hp and then the topograph via the radio towers. With Nigel. | gbeniston | 14/12/2023 |

Parked in off road parking facility, lots of room to park. Began walking c.14.15 and reached summit at c.15.20. Plenty of sheep all the way up so dog was kept on lead. | JXNJP | 09/07/2023 |

Started from minor road at 608872 west of Cleobury North. Good parking area by roadside. Saw deer next to road! Took winding and pleasant footpath up through the forest until open ground reached near a small reservoir, where the road up to the transmitting station is joined. Road followed for last few hundred metres to the view indicator/topograph. Bit worried now that this might not be the highest ground! Happy to visit again though, as this was a pleasant hill, despite the transmitting station on the summit! Great views. Returned same way. Was with a school group doing our 10 county top challenge (continuing to Herefordshire and Worcestershire today). Sunny clear weather, but a little hazy. | jamessteel100 | 04/04/2023 |

In from Cleobury North, good parking at 607872 amongst the trees. Through woods, muddy at start. Near the top used the road at summit, then followed it back to Hillside farm and returned via the main road. | iangalbraith | 26/11/2022 |
With Figgy. Brown Clee Hill and Titterstone Clee Hill on same day .Lovely views from both hills | mazz | 15/10/2022 |
Parking for one car near Bank House to NW, circuit to Clee Burf.
Dull, limited views and seized up back (came here on way home, abandoned plans for longer trip mid Wales). One for another visit when visibility is good. | Nick Canute | 03/09/2022 |
This one is quite remote as far as county tops go in the Midlands. 15 miles drive from Telford and completely inaccessible by public transport. Parked in the small roadside parking area on the eastern flank of the hill, then walked through the gate opposite and up the footpath. Fairly straightforward to reach the summit and accompanied by lots of sheep. The views from the summit are stunning and someone has kindly installed a viewfinder, labelling features from the Brecon Beacons to Birmingham. Another walker rightly described this hill as 'one of England's hidden gems'.
Also to be seen are the abandoned stone structures previously used for quarrying dolerite. | hillbagger91 | 24/08/2022 |
From parking west of Cockshutford via Clee Burf . Beautiful morning. 2hr return | Longwojo | 24/04/2022 |
5.9 mile walk from parking area west of Cockshutford. Along minor road through village then along stream to Five Springs and col beyond. From col we did an out-and-back to Brown Clee Hill (previously bagged in 2009), then back to col and up to Clee Burf descending mast lane back to car as the sun was going down. The light was amazing that evening and we could easily make out Welsh hills from north to south. From Cadair Idris (easily seen) down to Coety Mountain in the Valleys. Surprisingly saw 2 people up there that time of the day! Earlier that day we did a circular bagging Wolverton Hill, Callow Hill and Diddlebury Common in equally amazingly sunny and clear conditions. | DanTrig | 14/03/2022 |

Did the County Top of Shropshire with my cousin on Day 2 of a 3 Day County Top Trip in the Midlands. A fun county top which wasn't too cold for January, but a lot of mud which unfortunately my cousin fell into twice. | DavidHiner | 05/01/2022 |
From the little car park near Stokegorse, via Clee Burf on a fell run. Followed the line of the fence to the S on a very faint path through the grass and heather. | Wheelsy | 04/01/2022 |

1/6 Dewey Day. From Hillside Road to the east, up Brown Clee Hill then along the ridge to Clee Burf and back through the woods. 9.5km with 300m ascent in 2 hours. (S) | silveracorn_alan | 14/08/2021 |
Parked at Brown Clee Roadside Parking (free and loads of space) and followed the forest trail to the summit, taking the tarmac steep incline and road to the actual summit. Simply breathtaking views and another to definitely return to one day. Headed down the Shropshire trail and made a loop of it. Loads of pathways and tracks to choose from, truly a hill you could never get bored of. Would love to see it in the snow! | jamiequackers | 09/08/2021 |
