Day 2 of a 5 day winter backpack in the Shropshire Hills. The weather was starting to threaten at the summit and I was smashed by a prolonged shower on my descent. | morgs4mountains | 20/11/2022 |
A beautiful autumn afternoon walk up from Marshbrook via Packetstone Hill. Visited a couple of Bronze Age barrows I hadn't been to before. It clouded over before I got to the summit, but was still good to be back after such a long time. Carried on northeast then dropped down to the Cardingmill Valley as it was getting dark, finishing at Church Stretton station. | thesweetcheat | 19/11/2022 |
