With Rhona, Gordon & Struie. From Corriecoille track and up the northern slope of Cruach Innse, cutting east after bridge. Onto ridge at southern end (good path down – follow it), across bealach and up northern side of Sgurr Innse. Looks tricky but there is a path if you can pick it up. Return to bealach and drop down easily to estate track to return to car. Lovely sunny day.DampandDusty28/05/2023
Sgur Innse and Cruach Innse from the top parking area. Blizzard conditions, lots of deep snow as soon as we left the track. No visible paths!Geoff Briggs12/04/2023
Cruach Innse and Sgurr Innse from the top parking area on the track up from Coirechoille - early start 5:40am with just about enough to walk without head torch - wee minister was creepy as hell at this time! By the time I branched off for Cruach Innse, the sun was coming up and not a cloud in the sky. Ascended to the section betwen Cnoc na Ceann Mora and Cruach Innse, then directly up Cruach Innse. The descent down to the Bealach na Cruaiche was in the shade was still a little icy, as was the ascent up Sgurr but no dramas. Descended back down from the summit to the bealach, then down to the track, and a wee jog out returned a total time of 3h 48min.mproudfoot07/04/2023

After very enjoyable traverse fr Cruach Innse, though very wet underfoot, there were half-views from this top. Summit rocks provided shelter from wind, it was very pleasant! Quick descent to track and car - 3.5h all toldNorfolkPT2116/08/2022
Parked up track past Corriechoille at NN256788, followed track to high point through gate to avoid new bwf. Then up to saddle and up Sgurr Innse via left-hand path which was easy. Back to saddle and steeply up Cruach Innse. Down north ridge, pathless grass, back to track.Flatfield23/05/2022

Did this first from the top of the track above Corriechollie. Spectacular views. Good day.GWR Chris16/05/2021
On path from Cruach Innse. Up a couple of steep left to right gullies with grassy traverse between. Descended to col the same way, then cut down to track by ford and took track north back to car. KeithByTheC19/09/2020
Cruach Innse & Sgurr Innse from Corriechoille. It's possible to drive pretty much up to The Lairig forest line, saving a good hour or so slog up the track. Took just over 4hrs to do both Corbetts and return to the car on what was a gloriously sunny frosty day.summitter10/11/2019
Enjoyed the descent from Cruach Innse on the narrow path between rocks. Ascent up the steep grassy rake on the left was interesting and not too tricky, but slightly overshot on the descent into a rocky area but easily got back on track.Owen B12/10/2019
More complicated climb as in rocky but a path keeps you right. Careful coming down as there is several ways down. Took me 6.5 hrs but than i am a bit slow just nowtallblond11/08/2018
A lovely winters day walk with B. Barlow and G. Walkingshaw. Great views.Play2End11/11/2017
A great walk with Shaky & Smithy during the best day of a mostly wet week in Fort Bill. Parked at the bridge on the minor road in Glen Spean at 248811 & then walked up the road, past Corriechoille, through the lower pastures past sheep & some docile cattle, saying hello to the Wee Minister next to the forestry track & then out of the trees & over the bridge near the exit of the tree plantation. Flogged our way up the steep NW slopes to the summit & then picked up the now quite distinct path leading down the crags to the col with Sgurr Innse. Followed the rake leading R to L up the Sgurr & on to the summit. The further L you go, the easier it is. Back down to the col by the same route cutting across to the track & then 6km back to the car. In hindsight, it would be better to do the hills in reverse & then come down the Cruach by the route of ascent here to avoid that steep grassy slog.NotReallyABagger12/09/2017
Round of Sgurr Innse, Cruach Innse and Cnap Cruinn from Coirecoille. Cycled up as far as the Wee Minister statue at about 250m elevation. Some steep sections higher up.Topographer5708/08/2017
With Mora, from Corriechoillie.BLACKHILL16/07/2017
An excellent walk, enlivened by snow and fierce, brutally windy hail showers. I reversed the usual route, being averse to slogging up steep grass but being very interested in steep rocky routes. Thus, I started with Sgurr Innse. Easy climb to the bealach, then there’s a clear path upwards, quite exciting with a little bit of snow on the ground. Stunning views, stunning hill. I got down to the bealach before the next storm blew in, and sat it out sheltered under a peat hag (cosy). There’s a clear path up the steep bit of Cruach Innse, and the walk across the plateau is very pleasant – except when you’re stepping up the pace to try and beat the next storm. Which I didn’t. I guess many women would pay a small fortune for the exfoliation treatment I got from this somewhat boisterous hail storm. Once I got to the steep descent, it was all sunlight and lovely views again.Gill15/04/2017
Done with Tatiana as a two day walk, the Corbetts first day to the bothy then grey Corrie on day twoGrimpeur123425/03/2017
On way back from DMC new year trip at Kinlocheil with Richard - not bad weather, mostly clear but bitterly cold in wind. Didn't stay long at top!amcculloch02/01/2017
37th – With Allan. From minor road to north, access from Spean Bridge. Completed as a pair (1st). Strong winds, occasional gusting on top, frozen turf and some ice above 500m, a little light snowfall, cloud above summits.RGibbs02/01/2017
A round of five tops from the small but cosy Lairig Leacach bothy with good company and a warm fire on the second night. North along valley until opposite an easier line up Cruach Innse dropped down east without problem to take in Beinn Clunaig and Cnap Cruinn before heading back towards Sgurr Innse. Had walked almost right round this by now without seeing an easy line so just tackled the SE side by what looked like the easiest line which worked out OK. Then easily up Stob Coire Easain West top and back to the bothy. A very good day.dickscroop22/10/2016

Via Cruach (nice descent path and pleasant slabby bealach. Great views to route up Sgurr. Followed some footprints too (from previous day?). Again misty and a little snowfall a top. East descent to Lairig track.niallp31/03/2016

From Corriechoille. Followed track until just after bridge then cut up the hillside to summit of Cruach Innse.Descended to bealach then up through the crags to Sgurr Innse,a hill of some character. Returned to bealach then cut an angled descent to rejoin the track. On own.MorecambeMonkey25/08/2014
Two days after Jhimmy Traill. Now there's a coincidence.Martin R14/05/2014
Decided to bag this pair of Corbetts as weather forecast looked bleak...It turned out wrong and was nice walking conditions. Long walk in. Fairly rocky in nature.Jhimmy12/05/2014

Followed route in SMC Corbett guidebook, traversing from Cruach Innse. Tricky route-finding in swirling cloud, snow and spindrift, particularly on descent back to the bealach.davidpettit8430/12/2011
