Despite the forecast relatively dry for the first half of the day though we chose the easier way up and avoided the west ridge. 4 hrs to the top. Squally rain and showers on the way back but a good day nonetheless. Stayed at the Foundation Bunkhouse.slynch29/07/2017

Solo. It's a long wet walk in from Kinloch Hourn, made worse since I drove up from Glasgow. Some 7 hours after I started I'm on my final Munro :) Scattered my Pops ashes and then it's 6.5 hours out, last 3 in total darkness. 21 hours after I woke I get to the hotel in Ft William! No point it being too easy! 38.8km, 2350m, 14hr20. My 6 yr project comes to an end :)bowzi12/10/2014
2 of 7: From Stob a Choire Odhair. Met a guy, on his own on the top, who told me this was his final Munro. I Congratulated him. Later on I stopped briefly at Barrisdale Bothy and spoke to Neil MacLeod who was nearing the completion of his 3rd round of Munros.ChrisR25/08/2014

And heavy rain. ascending the return ridge was with catalytic cross wind unrelenting face full of water from rain off run a major feature as well as periods of crawling to stop being blown off.
