A good walk round from Dufton using the old mine track up Rundale. Turned off this near top and skirted along edge to make direct approach on Backstones trig and top. Then direct back to track, down a little way, and across old mining area to Rosgill edge. Steep down and up onto Brownber Hill. Another steep down and then up onto Dufton Pike. A fine Marilyn! Nice winter sunshine except on Backstones. With B and R. | jenx | 25/11/2020 |
