Ace day with Joe. From Bridge of Orchy, up Beinn Dorain to Beinn an Dothaidh, continued onto Beinn Achaladair. Climb up to Beinn a' Chreachain looked daunting but was actually fine. Then descended to Lon na Cailliche via 813m spot height. Slogged up to Beinn Mhanach and descended to the south to track to meet West Highland Way back to Bridge of Orchy.JonathanConey06/07/2019

Parked at Pubil (end of public road in Glen Lyon) and cycled track along N shore of Loch Lyon to the ford in Gleann Meurain (NN394426) (easily crossed in current dry weather). Then up Beinn Mhanach and traversed across to Beinn a'Chuirn. Retraced to col between the two, and roughly followed the old fence line down to Lon na Cailliche (col to Beinn Achaladair). Then more or less straight up to Achaladair S Top and along ridge to main summit. Continued along ridge, down to col with Beinn a'Chreachain, ascended Meall Buidhe, then Beinn a'Chreachain. Retraced from there and along to the 961m top, before descending grassy slopes back to track in Gleann Cailliche, and return to Pubil.kdbennett11/05/2017

Winter ascenton a lovel day with Do and Julie B. Little wind On getting to the summit, despite having GPS, I went off for a few metres in the wrong direction to descend. Corrected that and had a lovely descent on a snow field, Don dropped a glove but I caught it. Lengthy walkout to Achaladair Farm.Bookerdddd21/02/2013
