ENE approach as others.Bit of branch ducking through the trees at first before finding the path. Followed it all the way back down. Path invisible from the forest road due to the drainage ditch but look for a solitary 5ft spruce on the bank and it starts behind that.Nicer summit than the map would imply. | ARM | 23/09/2023 |
Parked at west dam and followed forestry track and ATV track as described by others. Cruach Neuran then Cruach nan Caorach, and short diversion to Cnoc Madaidh on return. | RobertP | 18/05/2023 |
Bus dropped me off near start of track. Then Cnoc Madaidh-Cruach nan Caorach-Cruach Neuran (rpt)-Cruach nan Capull (rpt)-562m trig-Finnart Point-road to Toward Quay. Found the path when part of the way up through the heather which didn't see, too bad anyway. | campagvelocet | 02/06/2022 |
Track from the road, as others. I did go up through the trees, coming down to meet the track on the eastern side. The heather was awful and I preferred the tree route | Colin Crawford | 16/03/2022 |
Parked at start of track below western dam. Final section pproached from ENE as recommended by others - which avoided trees. | sclater | 08/12/2021 |
