Took gate just up from Roshven Farm, followed walk in local guide. Ground very boggy until last 100m or so, amazing views out over Western seaboard. Be aware, there are no clear paths to climb this peak, you much talk a route comfortable for you. Bagged East summit in same walk. Followed small boundary wall all the way down valley under shadow of An Stac. Crossed field towards right corner of fenced plantation. Take extreme caution when going this way, very deeply tussocked ground. Faint path takes you through overgrown bracken and Birch woodland along plantation boundary. Path lead down into river gorge and out through farmstead onto A861. I would not attempt this walk in anything other than good weather, if you are not used to wilder walking, do your research. All this aside, a fantastic walk with some of the best views you'll get in the UK.RyParks25/07/2019
Parked at end of public road near Glenmoidart house - Track to Inchrory - Assary - followed Allt an Fhiona up - Rois-Bheinn summit (with trig remains) the cairn - Bealach An fhiona - Sgurr na Ba Glaise - down to Assary then back along Glen Moidart. Only met two other walkers today on the tops, weather god and views stunning.briandavies28/04/2019
Track to S of Alisary Burn hugs the forest fence. Then up the north ridge of the west top in thick cloud emerging into sunshine and glorious view to the south.cumbria mammoth01/07/2018

With party staying at Glenuig. Through gate near Roshven Farm and up to west ridge. Lots of snow and great view from the top.mindlessflogger16/12/2017
Excellent visibility from (other) top, almost breathtaking of Eigg and other islands. The actual top has a smaller cairn, and views slightly blocked.Jhimmy07/06/2017
Another day in the sun - collecting Corbetts and sunburn en route. Days in Moidart don't get much better than this.summitter26/03/2017
46th Solo. From Lochailort, follow new estate track along Allt a Bhuiridh then break up NE face of An Stac (picking line to get some shelter from wind). Head South to Bealach an Fhiona, out and back to summit of Rois Bheinn, then follow ridge round anticlockwise (i.e. head East for Sgurr na Ba Glaise, then North for Beinn Coire na Gall before descending NW to regain estate track). Clear and sunny day with some excellent views. Strong winds, particularly fierce in morning (nearly opted to bail out), eased during afternoon. Some snow higher up, above 700m.RGibbs13/02/2017
Circuit of three Corbetts and 4 Corbett tops from Beinn Coire nan Gall to An Stac. Excellent day despite poor weather, hail showers in first half.Had some route problems near start due to new hydro station roads - river high, could not find bridge so crossed higher up at damdickscroop01/07/2016

Round of An Stac, Rois-bheinn & Sgurr na Ba Glaise with Shaky from Lochailort. Followed the track down from the road surprising a young stag which was nosing around the bins outside a house. Rounded Tom Odhar on the increasingly faint path. Waded around through deep grass following the Allt a' Bhuiridh & then on to the Bealach an Fhiona. By this point the mist had rolled in & the rain followed shortly afterwards. Sgurr na Ba Glaise first then back across for Rois-Bheinn & finally straight over An Stac slanting down dodging craggy bits to rejoin the outward route. Probably wasted a cracking round on a poor weather day.NotReallyABagger06/08/2013

A long planned big 12 hour day with Darren from Glenfinnan to Lochailort including any and all tops on or off the main ridge. Slowing up now and digging deep in to our food and energy reserves with our chances of catching the last train back marginal at best if we could speed up more -which we could'nt! and we still had to do the west top and down and up An Stac.Chris Pearson25/07/2012

Solo. From Lochailort Railway Station, having taken train from Glenfinnan. Finished at Glenfinnan at 1:50am. Traverse of five Corbetts and sundry tops. From summit of An Stac I descended south and then ascended to Bealach an Fhiona, hence up ENE ridge of Rois-Bheinn to reach summit. There were some avoidable snow fields. There is a wall topped with fence posts going up this ridge and over the summit. Summit cairn is a few stones on top of the wall. The trig point on the summit is broken in pieces. Continued to Sgùrr na Bà Glaise etc.pwbellarby10/04/1995
