A quick bag from the road.robertphillips10/07/2021
Awkward parking, ended up with only just 2 wheels on verge and left hazards on (NX 3750 4682). Over nearby field gate then mixed pasture, cattle became interested on both out and back leg, very feisty.jonglew18/05/2021
Parked on B-road to the WNW then over wall to flattish pasture summit with Adrian Rayner.Dugswell225/03/2018
8th and final hill of today on a challenging route from Kirkcowan to Port William climbing Boreland Fell, Craigeach Fell, Craiglarie Fell, Mochrum Fell, Derry Hill, Milton Fell and Barr Fell, descending through gorse to field to retrieve large rucksack now with skittish cows. Followed road into Mochrum (where i hid large rucksack in the graveyard) continuing onto B7085 past Lenrohmas property to climb stone wall into field withýover a 100 cows. Cows scattered as i approached the subtle gently curving top. I carried on S to see if there was any higher ground; it didnt look it. Heard rumbling noise behind me and there was the whole herd galloping towards me. I ran to the wall but started to dance and shriek as i edged my way towards the wall. Back to Mochrum then Port William.Dazingdale03/08/2017
