Drove farm road until it deteriorated badly, parking at NT 5337 1261. Continued along track on foot then peeled off SW for the hill. Picked up Kirkton Hill on the return.jonglew30/12/2021
Across from Kirkton Hill. Lovely cairn to Johnie the sheepdog at the top.Andrew Simmons15/02/2021
Parked by roadside opposite entry road to Hummelknowes.Adrian24/12/2019
From Kirkton Hill. Twin top hill (twin TuMPs?) both 301m on map, fair drop between. Obvious hill with bump on top is monument with fence around it. GPS read higher than W top some distance away, with trig next to wall. Trig on wrong side of wall of course. Returned via lane back to Kirkton, very muddy in places.Aye Jimmy13/11/2018
After Kirkton Hill. Both tops visited - a monument to Johnnie the sheepdog on the eastern one. Lovely walk north east from the trig in low evening lightColin Crawford29/11/2017
