Walked from Brodick up the path to summit on a beautiful March day. Some snow rendered the last stretch difficult.PhilipChaston24/03/2024

Climbed up from Corrie met tourist path to summit. Then down the tourist path to the brewery. Lovely sunny afternoon but cloud on summit. Nice pathsnickywood101/05/2023
We caught the first ferry across from Ardrossan and walked from Brodick along Fisherman's walk, then ascended tourist path to summit. Good glimpses of the amazing views as the summit kept going in and out of cloud until we had some cloud inversion going on. A few people at the summit and on the way up but there was much more people going up as we descended the same way. The first SIB for a while. 927m ascent. We left enough time and went back on the 4.45pm ferry after a game of crazy golf on Brodick sea front. Recommended.DanTrig18/04/2023
From High Corrie. 14.5 km, 1130 m asc. Up by the Corrie Burn and Meall Breac paths to join the main route to Goatfell summit. Back by the main Brodick path to Cnocan Wood (Balmoral Ride) and by the Arran Coastal Way to Corrie. Dry, sunny. https://www.flickr.com/photos/samandjo/albums/72177720307833255SalmonJoe15/04/2023

Round of four corbetts from Glen Rosa campsite - along the glen then up to Beinn Nuis, along the ridge to Beinn Tarsuinn, bypassed A'Chir, skirting around Cir Mhor up to Casteal Abhail, then back along and up to the summit of Cir Mhor. We then headed back down the bealach between A'Chir and Cir Mhor and down the descent path into Glen Rosa, where we contoured around the base of the slabs under Cir Mhor to the Saddle, then up to North Goat Fell and along to Goat Fell before descending the tourist path, and finally back to the campsite to pack our kit. 11h total (avoiding all technical sections where possible in the interests of speed), and we just made the last ferry by the skin of our teeth!mproudfoot16/07/2022

With E. Took first ferry of the day from Ardrossan to Brodick then connecting bus to Gardners Cottage at Arran Brewery. Main path to summit. Very quiet. Clear and dry with summit cloud lifting on our way up. Outstanding 360' views from summit. Return same route and from Brewery took Fishermans Walk path back to the port although a high tide meant much of the path was under the sea!Beeliner29/04/2021

Great hill to climb, attempted to reach summit in early March...lost track of path a few times due to snow and hidden boggy bits beneath. Weather changed rapidly as it got very windy as we neared the top. Approximately 150ft away from the summit and had to turn back as friend was literally blown off her feet. Better to be safe than sorryainzwils07/03/2020
We arrived on the summit, from North Goatfell, about twenty minutes after sunset. Descending the south-face was treacherous, as the melt had quickly refrozen.RichardMurchie15/11/2019

From Corrie via Coire Lan where we saw a rainbow, then up Meall Breac. Got soaked four times on the ascent, but well worth it for the views of the rest of the range. Descent via the tourist path to Brodick Castle.thesweetcheat12/09/2018

Beautiful day. Made the mistake of eating at the wrong time and having a beer on the ferry beforehand. Found the last part of the climb really tough. Wonderful views and an all round good day out.Thomas McIlvaney25/08/2018
