Parked on the housing estate and walked through the farm. Sure enough the farmer appeared on his quad bike and gave me the same story. I went up Mynydd y Drum SW top then across to Mynydd y Drum but returned through the woods and the not good stepping stones where I just paddled across. | clivevilla | 26/05/2021 |
Via Ty’n y Garreg farm then good track right to the summit area. | Adrian | 17/10/2020 |
With L on a 5 hr walk from cottage by Henrydd Waterfall. Wild horses a highlight of this top. Curious and nervous of us at the same time. Their shaggy manes useful for dealing with the clouds of flies pestering them on this scorching day. | Chris Pearson | 05/08/2018 |
Penultimate Neath Port Talbot tump. From Seven sisters. Through Bryndulais Farm. Farmer stopped me as not a RoW, when I told him where I was going he said that's fine. Told me he asked local council to divert RoW through his farm as there's a FB over the river, as opposed to stepping-stones on the RoW to NE. They asked him to pay the £600 to advertise it in the London Gatezette - needless to say it hasn't been diverted. | jonglew | 16/02/2017 |
