Logged Descriptions  (logged by 28 users)ByDate of Ascent
From the layby.clivevilla17/10/2022
Obvious layby for parking opposite the entrance to Flitholme Farm. The best ascent is to cross the wall at the north end of the layby. The fallen wall, reinforced with wire, can be easily crossed by using the stones as a step. Keep the fence on your left and the next fence can be slid under or climbed. This takes you into the summit field. Fairly open to view.moorsman10/03/2022

6/6 From Warcop, Vicarage Bank, Trickle Banks, Sourlands Hill, Great Musgrave Hill, Thorny Hill and Huber Hill. Used the Pennine Journey and other footpaths to link these six together, made a nice 5 hour round. Bit slick with mud in a few places.nickywood118/01/2020

Layby to NE opposite start of track to Flitholme. Fences to negotiate. Checked high points by hedge and copse to W at its NW corner near some boulders. Got feeling that it might be slightly higher there.Aye Jimmy16/05/2015
