Musden Low [S4125] from GR: SK 11285 49730ronaldo33301/10/2022
Started at Ilam, through the Country Park and across a footbridge then along steep ROWs to the derelict Upper Musden. Straight to the top of Musden Low, where a couple of farmers in a landrover enquired about the purpose of our visit. Happy for me to bag the summit and trig then back down to Upper Musden and along a track to the north of Hazelton Clump. A quick up and down before continuing along the track to the Blore Road then followed ROWs back to Ilam.summitter16/05/2022

Parked at good layby SK12659 49475 then took fp to Musden Low. Over tumuli and pleasant ridge to summit. Mart had bad legs so stayed in the car.John Eley28/08/2020
Parked at 12638 49442, along FP to beyond a gate then straight up pasture to summit of Hazelton Clump. Then across to Musden Low. Close to the summit a farmer was cajoiling a bull back to his land with a land rover and a sheepdog. a couple of mintes later the neighbouring farmer appeared in a 4 x 4 and used some choice language about his neighbour but was OK with me.clivevilla04/06/2020

1.7 mile there-and-back walk from parking place on road west of Blore, followed footpath around side of Hazelton Clump then across fields and up to Musden Low trig, came back the same way with divert to Hazelton Clump, had to cross fence under barbed wire to access summit, dull and cloudy. 1st of Two tumps incorporated on a 6.5 mile walk with Lesley from Ilam park. We took the footpath beside the River Manifold then over on the bridge to a footpath rising to just South of Musden Grange then the footpath through Musden Wood, gently ascending to the minor lane East of Calton. A footpath took us to Upper Green House then a footpath up beside the fence NNE then veering off to climb to the top via one fence. Grassy knoll a few metres with Trig pillar in sunken dip near wall. Beautiful blue sky today and a good view of Hazelton Clump, our onward route....Dazingdale07/01/2018

Breezy walk up from Ilam Hall, to the summit marked by trig (two burial mounds either sound). The deserted farm close by is very pretty, though not so much if you went to see the Woman in Black the day before!DanHolme02/01/2015
