Parked near Hill Crest which is no longer derelict. Walked along road, then track, then up path past old car and to summit just over fence. Back to track junction then onto Cole’s Hill.PeterD12/09/2021
Clockwise circuit over first the little wooded gem to the north, with a very long dead car wreck on its western summit slopes then Coles Hill to the south and another more recent red Suzuki abandoned wreck just west of Noisy Hall in the valley between the two hills. (11,3)vegibagger04/11/2020
Parked on verge at end of tarmaced road to west of hill. Sought permission and was met by a very friendly lady with a very friendly dog. Pleasant walk along grassy lane before branching left up into woods, along fence to top. Then onto Coles Hill via the intriguing Noisy Hall.Campbell Singer05/02/2020

Parking just north of Hill Crest (derelict) then a walk along the minor road to the junction into New House. Short lane before reaching the woods where, after passing through the gate, a path leads off left upwards to the summit.moorsman07/08/2018

From Lingen where there is good parking. W along track then through Lingen Vallet Wood to summit ridge in open oak woodland. High point a straggly tree beside wire fence. Limited view but a pleasant spot. Sunshine, moderate WNW wind.RichardM16/01/2018
Parked at road junction to the west. Walked east along the lane which becomes a track before heading ne up the hill just after New House Farm to the top of Stapleton Hill East then south to Noisy Hall and briefly along a path before going up a forest track to the summit of Coles Hill.clivevilla18/04/2016
