Nice drive and walk after staying at a nearby friends house. Beautiful area, rich with wildlife. Definitely will come back for further exploration. :-)Gerry the Ranger06/06/2022
Parked at Moccas Hill car park (SO 332 424) for Moccas Hill and Woodbury Hill.PGCE26/05/2022
From the Trust car park, the area is one of the most diverse examples of wood pasture remaining in Britain, according to the information board. HP easily reached from track, although which bit of brambles was the top was open to question. The view back to Moccas Hill from Woodbury Hill was good.PeterD01/05/2021

Cycled up via Arthur's Stone and car park. Right on the track.Rob Rees13/06/2020
There is a free woodland trust car park, not well signposted, at the edge of the forest, accessed from the road to the west, via c 500m of track. brambly nettly summit. On to Woodbury hill.Denise 24/05/2020
Woodland Trust land, easy access. Small free car park complete with pig at SO 3344,4228; accessed by track from W. Track SE crosses just NE of the rough vegetated summit area. Limited views N between the trees.RichardM24/05/2020
Rare opportunity to access Moccas park through Wildlife Trust Open Day. Trees are unbelievable, nice view to the south from top of the hill.RyParks16/09/2018
As others Burnt Coppice Hill and Woodbury Hill. I parked on the road and walked up the track to be faced with a herd of cows who did not want to let me pass.clivevilla23/11/2017
From Nature Reserve car park. Easy walk along track with hp deep in bracken and brambles. Taste blackberries in abundance. 3000th Tump.Campbell Singer19/08/2017

Like RHW continued to Woodbury.Dusty16/07/2017
The nature reserve car park is now signposted from the road. After that it's an easy stroll along the forest track. I thought the south side of the track seemed higher, but difficult to tell which brambly bit was the true HP.milimana25/06/2017
This should really be called Moccas Hill. There's a nature reserve car park at SO331424 - you can drive up the track from the road although it's not well sign posted. I was here for a work tree planting day. Natural England and the Woodland Trust have felled all of the exotic conifers and are restoring the area as wood pasture to extend the national nature reserve and historic parkland which lies to the north. We were planting hawthorn and chestnut to the north of the summit. Summit is close to the forest track, among low brambles. Views from up here are fairly stunning. Returned after lunch to visit Woodbury Hill.Herbert Anchovy07/03/2017
From WNW as per DG although N side of track 80m further E seems higher. Flattish brambly summit. Then on to WoodburyRHW13/02/2016

Parked on small lay-by at SO 32748 42500 (250m) being careful not to block any of the four gates. Took track to tall unlocked gate at edge of wood. Highest point is rough vegetated mound c20m S of track at SO 33429 42276.David Gradwell19/08/2013
